I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 265k miles. I need someone to take a look and see what's wrong. It rides rough and gets the "death wobble"

Anyone on here that does this kind of work or have a recommendation?

Thanks

at that mileage

go ahead and replace the springs
shocks (Use high quality gas shocks like Bilstein, Fox 2.0 … )
and re do your whole front end then align ( Trackbar, idler arms etc … )

Your bushings would have been bad by now

Death Wobble is usually bushings and bearings. Swap them out, replace the shocks, and then see where your at.

Trackbar is a very good guess for death wobble. Wont be the cause of rough ride though. I have seen old bad tires cause both

I a little over a yr ago, I was asking the same question on here in regards to my truck. I had already spent $2k at shops attempting to fix it but felt I was getting screwed. Met with TL and he looked at it and told me everything that was wrong. I took it in and got those specific issues fixed and my truck runs like new now. John is a damn good dude and I would trust him with any of my vehicles.
