Looks great! What type of smoker did you use? Cook time and temp? 20" Texas original offset. Great pit and holds temp pretty well. This one probably averaged around 280-290 deg for right at 6 hours.

4 day sale this weekend at albertsons or tom thumb,,briskets $1.39 per.. only problem,,is limit one...I only buy IBP packer briskets when i can...Idaho beef packers...10--12 lbs...

Last brisket I smoked was a prime. Sliced, vacuum sealed and frozen. When we finish that one I’ll give the Wagyu a try.
