Anyone want to trade a 4-man guided hunt on yer spread in North Texas for a free week at a house in Buena Vista, Colorado?
House sleeps 8. 12 in a pinch. Good for two families. Cable/Wi-Fi. Traeger Grill. We rent it September to May. June-August is friends family. Honor system cleanup so literally no $$$.
River Rafting on the Arkansas, Fishing, Backpacking, Camping, Horse-Back Riding, Hot Springs, Jeep/ATV trails
June 22-29 and Aug 10-17 open. Saturday-Saturday.
Never done this before but willing to give it a try to get some hunt variety in the fall.

Good deal and good luck. Last 3 places I have stayed up there in summer were from trades. One place just east of you over the mountain outside of Fairplay. Love being in the middle of nowhere in the summer. Before the 2013 drought I would have taken you up on this. Our old duck luck lake is just a huge mud pit unfortunately. Hope it clears like it was for 50 years before it got dug out when it went dry

Buena is a beautiful area. Spend a summer near there nearly every summer was married just up the road in the national Forest. Someone is getting a heck of a deal. If I took you out on a hunt id owe you a week in the mountains for wet clothes and sore feet. Good luck
