I’m curios

Whatever happened to that deputy that said he got shot but ended up accidentally shooting himself

Nothing Bill, saw his post which reminded me of that deputy who claimed he had been shot while investigating a trespasser

He defended him at the time

The end result as I recall, showed the deputy actually shot himself

So I was honestly curious

Check out these. I had never heard of them til a business partner got me one for Christmas. Pretty cool wood grain watches.

Lmao. Made a fool of me. I don’t know if anyone knows the real story. He and I haven’t talked about. Surprising for sure.

I don’t think so, a good friend does that. You probably only assumed what was reported was true

Standing up for a friend doesn’t make you a fool and I don’t wanna make it seem that way

I just hadn’t heard what came of that

LMAO. HAHAHAHAHA. 70K for a damn watch?

You would be amazed at what some people spend on watches.....in the world of luxury watches Rolex is mid-tier. Check out some of the Patek's, A. Lange Sohne, and Richard Mille's.

Go!

Check out Shinola and Hamilton. Both good watches near your price range.

The crazy thing is that many Patek's have a year or longer wait list...they are very highly sought after right now. Many models selling secondhand for more than MSRP, same with Rolex. Quite a few Rolex models like the Daytona, Hulk Sub, and GMT are selling for 5-10k over MSRP.

Dress watch go mechanical, no quartz. In your price range check out Hamilton, second Tissot. Both brands have in-house modified ETA but in the end still an ETA. Very reliable and accurate for an auto.
Joma is a good place to browse. https://www.jomashop.com

Or for $120 you can score a replica from my nephew. He just came back from overseas and brought a few back with him.

I don't have one, but see their sponsored posts on IG all the time, worth looking into at least.

All the ones I have seen were BRO watches. Just checked out their site and there are some decent looking, classically styled watches. They use a Japanese Miyota auto movement, also reliable and accurate.
