They had a great assortment of 30-06, .308, .270 and, based on a glance around, pretty much everything else. Supplies are back up.

She was only a whiskey maker, but he loved her still.

Still no 22 ammo even cabela's the guy told me they haven't had any in a while. federal 550 pack is what I want, but they don't have the remington either. just the real expensive stuff but not much of it.

tradetx, mite watch Academy. The one one in mesquite has had 22 ammo every week. Last week would only let you have one box though.

You did better than I did.
I walked in the local wally world back in November and the only ammo they had was 22 so I bought 5 boxes of the federal 550 pack and they were like $12.99 a box.
I swear they haven't had any since!
I still have them but just keeping on the lookout.

Gander in Corsicanna has a TON. It's the Thunderbolt brick and they are $20 a box. I bought 2 yesterday.

I was at DFW Airport Sunday morning so I stopped at BPS on the way out. Their total supply of handgun ammo was a few boxes of 25acp, 32acp, and 41mag. I went on over to Cabela's and their aisles are stocked to capacity with just about every rifle and handgun caliber (except 357sig). Probably because they have a 2 box limit per caliber. MAGTECH 45acp was $23.99/box which is probably about right compared to Blazer Brass at $21.99/box.

I was looking for fiber optic sights for my G31. The guy behind the gun counter said they were temporarily out of stock. I went to the Bargain Cave (even thought I swore I'd never go there again) and found 6 packages of the G31 sights marked down from $99.95 to $78.95. I asked the guy at the counter if they could take less. He looked at his computer and said "How bout $65.88?". Nice discount from the original price!
