Is Watusi beef just like regular cow beef?

did not look like there was a whole lot of meat on that first one

These bulls are old the one we shot was 16 plus years old

They Watusi steaks I ate were kinda tough but good flavor. In this case I blame the cook, not the meat. The man told me he don't let her cook his venison.
