Making a ham for Easter. I used to like dijon with them but it does not taste the same to me any more. So what do you think would be the best?

Honey mustard, or just regular.

A real nice homemade honey mustard, it’s really easy to make.

Are you using it as a binding agent for your rub?

United has shank hams for 88 cents a pound which is cheap enough. Going to buy a couple and make one Sunday. I will look through their selection and see if any of the great suggestions are there and try a couple. Checking my fridge I have a bottle of generic yellow an some Dijon which I decided I don't like. Couple I know they have not suggested are Boars Head and a premium creole mustard.. Thanks for responding!

I like Brookshires spicy brown mustard. MMMM, HMMM
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.
