hate beer can chixken, tastes like burnt beer

wrapping in plastic film then foil before going back on smoker. thats the secret to tender, fall off the bone yardbird.

Chicken halves
Melt 2 sticks butter in 16 ozs vinegar
Grill over low heat hardwood sopping with above regularly.
Salt & pepper.
Your favorite BBQ sauce

Inject with tony's Butter & jalapeno. Smoke 300 deg for about 3 hrs
