What do you guys do in a pouring rain? walk from the door to the truck. I run, but at my age, it's about the same speed as a young guy walking.

Current home only has a small 2 car garage. Ranger, coolers, tools, kids toys, etc take up half. Mrs. Goldy’s Yukon XL goes in garage when weather is bad. My truck will not fit length or height. Starting a new home build, and one of my requirements was a 4 car garage that is tall enough and deep enough for me to park the F250 inside comfortably.

Keep boat in 1/2 of the garage. Don't have a garage door opener so its a pain every day. Either park under the carport or just in the drive. Don't have junk in the garage keeping us from using, but do like the open space to work on projects.

I HAVE to have my vehicles in the garage. Always have since being a homeowner for over 30 years.
What gets me is people that fill their garages full of boxes/junk and park outside. My neighbor has two nice vehicles and his garage is full of junk. Barely room to walk. Neighbor across street has a 3 car garage and 2 are full of boxes and one car in driveway.
I love the peace of mind of my vehicle being safe during spring storms. Vehicle stay cleaner longer as well.
It’s just me and my thing, I realize everyone is different.
Some have carports, some have man caves, I get it, but boxes full of stuff???
Cra-cra. You guys that worry about what others do with their garages, should really evaluate your lives. Don't yall have something better to do? And stop looking into others garages!

My truck is just a tool. It works everyday and gets washed every other year if it's lucky. I'll never understand people that worship a truck.

All of you "it's-just-a-tool" guys, do you neglect your other tools too? Because one parks in a garage does not mean one worships their vehicle or that the person or vehicle is a princess. You're not manlier because you don't park your "tool" in a garage. To me it actually makes *you the tool*.

My truck is just a means to get me and whatever I need to from a-b. I take better mechanical care of it than most, but its 3 years old and hasn't been washed since it was 1 month old. Its also never been stored inside, I don't want it getting spoiled on me.

Wife’s Subaru goes in one side, my bass boat in the other. My truck is too tall to fit anyway...

I have table saws, chop saws, welders, reloading bench, work bench, and various other tools taking up most of the garage. If I move all the other stuff off to the side, I can get one vehicle in...but then I wouldn't be able to get to my tools easily. I wish I would have been able to get my truck in the garage last night...if so, I wouldn't have hail damage today!

Does anybody have one of these? Gimmick? Decent reviews on Amazon and certainly cheaper than most deductibles. Hail Protector

Riiiiiiight...but doesn't answer the question. I was thinking about having something in the truck or car when away from home. Amazon points burning a hole in my pocket.

Not worth the hassle. I could have nothing stored in my garage and can barely fit my wife's car and my pickup. They just don't make like they used to. So it's my wife's car and on the other side is my motorcycle, riding mower, and workbench.
