Ever make any California roll aka sushi. I got hooked on this stuff about 6 or 7 years ago , thanks to HEB. I finally decided to make my own about 5 years ago after watching numerous You Tube videos. I had to go to 3 different store to get all of the ingredients /things to make them. They are definitely a pain in the *** to make. Mine turned out great and the presentation looked awesome (no pictures to prove it though). I made enough for at least 4 people but my wife say " she no like`y Sushi". I only made it once and decided the guys at HEB do a really good job and it is much easier to let them do their job and I will do my best to support them.

Yes HEB makes some really good rolls.

My neighbors took a cooking class on how to make rolls at home, maybe turn it into a nice little date night.

sushi for those who don't like sushi.

sushi is like saying burrito...... doesn't have to contain anything except sushi rice. people think it has raw fish in it. thats either nigiri or sashimi not sushi although sushi can contain it. It has cucumber, avocado, carrot, crab and cream cheese (california roll).
