I picked up a Big Bite #8 in Lewisville today. Got home and opened it up, missing half the parts. Luckily Academy handled the return well.

The wolf pack grew by one! So now we're up to: * Oxner * Herbie * Bullfrog * Mickey ...anybody else? Putting everybody on notice to notice. Ever notice the words that I introduced to THF are now in commom use? It started with concur, went to well articulated, and went on to noticer. Started a whole new thread on noticer. Well now you need to be on double secret notice probation for bringing the full member list of club noticer to the notice of the public for them to be on notice. Youve been put on full notice. I went to the one on 75 in Plano, they didn't have much on sale, ended up spending $100 on stuff not on sale.

The last 3 weeks the Plano store has been the worst of all of them for clearance stuff.

Some great deals out there, I have spent over $250 the last two days at two different Academys.
Todays score was as follows:
Crappie jigs $.99
25 pack of Gamagatzu bass hooks $.99 a pack
B&M 10 feet graphite crappie poles $9.98 each
B&M crappie reels $.99 each
Pro-catfish fishing poles $17 each
Mr. Heater Big buddy heater, the big one for $49.98
Costa Tuna Alley sunglasses 580G amber lenses, $47 and a free Costa hat
Big turkey fryer for $14.98
Daughter got some workout clothes too.

They had stuff on sale, but the couple of items I purchased weren't... Was wanting some snake boots, and they had a few left at a good price but none in my size. Story of my life!
