Does the Alberta hunt include a second bear, if not is there an option to take a second bear?

No. Alberta allows a second but Manitoba only one. Alberta is more expensive at $4000 plus a $1000 fee for second bear. Manitoba and Saskatchewan are cheapest along with Montana. Bears a bit smaller in Montana. Hope this helps.
