Yep, Go to the recipe/cooking section. I cured and smoked these last week. We also make ours into chorizo or whatever kind of sausage we want at the time. Just add fat if needed.

what parts ? recipies
arent you scared of getting the hibbie geebies? Lol, been eating them regularly for 30 yrs now. Pork is pork. If you’re not too lazy to clean them and do them right the large boars are damn good eating too. My family prefers pigs over deer.
