There is time, and you must take it, to lay your hand on your dog's head as you walk past him lying on the floor or on his settle, time to talk with him, to remember with him, time to please him, time you can't buy back once he's gone" GBE

This season- North Dakota Colorado Oklahoma New Mexico Every year I say I’m going to hunt NM for grouse and/or quail but never get around to it. It would be cool to get a Montezuma quail. What do you chase in NM?

My most recent out of state trip was pheasant hunting in Kansas. A friend was invited by a cousin, and he invited me. We got to stay with a rancher/farmer on a ranch that was in the 1000's of acres, and the rancher semi-guided us. What a deal. I have also been duck hunting in MN, and both the Dakotas.

Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Illinois. Non-Resident bird hunting is all I can afford. The out-of-state white tail game is just too steep.
