But I have talked to a few people that recommended the king ranch. Which sounds like they have a really good track record. I have found a couple of Nilgai hunts online for around the $3500-$4500. What does your ranch offer that the $3000 king ranch hunt doesn't. I wouldn't pass on a great hunt over $500 cost difference but I also don't want to overpay. The King Ranch is the most famous place for Nilgai. Which I understand famous doesn't necessarily mean good.

I am very familiar with their program. There are a ton of other ranches out there that have cheaper, equivalent, and more expensive prices. I personally only take a handful of clients nilgai hunting a year. Its a 1x1 hunt, 100% success rate, and to me that is worth a little more. No offense taken thats a great questions that others are probably wondering as well.

My buddy Joe guides Nilgia hunts in south Texas. Has lots of free range Nilgia on his place as it backs up to the refuge.

Kayote outfitters is a reputable outfitter. Beto "Kayote" is a great guide and the ranch is beautiful. Easy to see thirty nilgai in one sitting. They are also very affordable. I highly recommend them. I gotta say Creekrunner sounds like a total snob. When I went I was on the doe/spike hunt. I shot a hog and two spikes in the first 15 miuntes for the low price of $175 per spike no charge on hogs. Saw several nice management bucks as well. This is a low fence fair chase hunt with tons of great game.
I have no affiliation with them but couldn't see someone say something as ignorant as Creekrunner without giving my honest opinion.

X2 on Pierce Trophy Hunts. Brent is a great guy, have hunted last three years with his crew. I have hunted nilgai on the King, Mariposa and other places. Would not recommend the King, they like to drive you around in a truck until you jump animals, slam on the breaks and shoot as fast as you can. Not my definition of fun.
I have killed big bulls with Brent’s folks. True spot and stalk on a beautiful ranch. Cheaper than the others listed on this thread too...good food and accommodations as well..

Whatever you do stay away from kayote outfitters! Me and 3 friends hunted with him absolute run around the entire hunt was a joke on a very small piece of property
