I got a lot of pictures of this deer and in all of them his right eye isn’t reflecting light like the other one. Could he be blind in that eye?

Looks like it - I was in stand once watching a a small 8 pt buck and noticed something odd about his behavior. After a bit I got a good look and realized his left eye was hanging down to his jaw. He was not a legal buck and at the time I was not sure what to do. As I contemplated going ahead and shooting he wandered back into the brush and left. To this day it bugs me...
