This pie is so easy and so good! There are only three ingredients to mix besides a store bought graham cracker crust.

1 pkg cream cheese
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup of lemon juice
Graham cracker crust. Name brand is better than store brand.

Mix the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk FIRST. If you put it all in at first it lumps up.
After getting the first two ingredients smooth, then pour in the lemon juice and finish mixing.

Pour into crust and let it set for hours, like all day if you make it in the morning. I make it at night for the next day.

Some people put canned cherries with the red sweet syrup on top, not me. If you do that, do it after the pie has set up.

The recipe uses lemon juice, not lime. But I've been wondering myself how it would be with lime juice.
