over fingerling potatoes with some salami, cured meats, pickels and lil round onions, i will shortly. Its the best thing you ever put in your mouth.

So, I wonder how many of those fancy-schmantzy imported Swiss cheese cooking contraptions are sold each year?
The egg got me in. I'd be all over that, especially if those are dill pickles. I didn't see the salami go on. (?) I'm huge fan of all the cured stuff that's really bad for you.

That guy in the video does it London style.
The real deal is in Switzerland with all kinds of cured meats, 4 different cured pickles, 3 different onions and so on.
Excellent after a day of skiing.
