 Buck with strange antlers

Just spoke with a friend whom hunts in the Brady area. He showed me a photo of a buck that had a somewhat normal set of antlers growing and then had another set coming out in front - looks like not connected. I know that I have seen something about that, probably on this site, and would like to hear from you regarding what it might be.
