The blackberry sauce came out a little smokier than I wanted. But having never smoked any kind of fruit before I thought it came out really well.

Doesn’t take much white wine. Probably a quarter cup per cup and a half of whole blackberries. I would add the sugar after you strain. Heat it up an a sauce pan and add sugar to taste. Next time I will probably add some citrus to brighten it up.
