Hello,
I have killed a spike and 13"+ buck in Cherokee County. I am planning on going to Menard County in late December which is a 2 buck county. Can I kill another buck?

Yes and make sure you have filled out the game log on the back of your license A lot of tickets get written for that. It's easy to forget in all the excitement.

you can kill 2 bucks in a 2 buck county, 2 bucks in separate 2 buck counties, or 2 bucks in separate 1 buck counties this isn't counting a spike as a buck.

You can shoot up to 3 bucks in texas, just have the follow the bag limits on a county by county basis.
