Did some fried chicken at the house tonight. Boneless breasts cut into strips, topped with queso. I’m ready to go to bed now. [Linked Image]

Looks great. I no longer do them at home. You could topped them with Parmesan cheese and served them with marinara, and pasta, then called them chicken Parmesan.

We do that with leftover chicken express tenders. Love it!
