Maybe give a little more information on her.
Shopping with your husband is like hunting with the game warden. Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted.

Maybe give a little more information on her. And location.
Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

Located in Buffalo TX. This dog is 5 years old as stated and is not an experienced hunting dog by any stretch of the imagination. I do believe one could take her and make something with her. She has all the genetic potential a dog would need to retrieve water fowel or point upland birds. She just needs someone with the time and patience to finish her.

I'm not looking for a new dog at the moment, but I do help with a pointer rescue out of Dallas. If you don't find her a new home, I can get her into rescue, if your interested. I'll private message you my cell number. Just text me if she needs a place. Deb

Is she obedience trained, house broken, good with kids or other pets?

These dogs are smart. I rescued one that had been sitting in a kennel for about 5 years. With a little work, he became an excellent hunter.
