I have about 120 acres of land that I have purchased to hunt. However, it seems that I won’t have the time to do so. The placed is heavily wooded, has a creek that forms one of the border, and a small pond. There is a black top county road to it. I purchased it for sole purpose of hunting. To me, it looks like it has lots of potential. I’m looking for about $20 an acre and willing to sign a long term contract. PM me for questions/details.

Address is Ben Wheeler. It is remote, very wooded, and a larger border is a creek. I had it logged recently so that I could better access into it. It was like a jungle before! In the process, I had about 3-4 acres bulldozed for a food plot. I know season is almost over but it is a good place for someone to develop into an amazing hunting place. I have pictures of deer, bucks, hogs, coyote, raccoons, and squirrels on game camera. Looking long term minded person.

No, only leasee and family/friend when leasee present. It’s up to lease cause I have more land than I manage.

I have hunted this place opening weekend with my daughter. We saw a buck and 2 does. This is going to be a great lease for someone to harvest several hogs and deer. The small game hunting of squirrel is also excellent.
