I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

My psa 10 was doing the same thing. I thought it was over gassed so I put an h2 buffer in. That made it a single shot. I haven't shot mine since putting the h1 back in but I do like it.

Sounds undergashed. Put 1 round in the magazine and then shoot the one round. Where does the shell land? Is the bolt locked open or did it close? If it closed, then under gassed. Though being way over gassed could close the bolt as well because it's too fast for the bolt catch. That's why you look where the shell landed.
It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.

Will shoot it again and see case location. Bolt is locking back on last shot though.

Have you called PSA? They will probably try and cure the issue.
18 or 20” barrel? When I was researching before a recent purchase everything I read talked about how over gassed the rifles are so it’s surprising to hear everyone say it’s undergassed?
Did you swap magazines with your buddy when y’all were shooting?

When I called PSA about a problem with my ar10 they told me it had a life time warranty. I suggest calling them.

I'm pretty sure they will take care of you. Call them and explain what's going on.
