You might want to check your information regarding out of state hunting license. Non resident deer tag is $300. Probably not a big deal for someone spending $7K, but better to state up front.

I just hunted this ranch and paid $78 for a 5 day hunting license. i live in Texas.

I am curious what license you purchased. I’ve hunted Oklahoma for the last 20+ years and never saw a $78 non resident deer tag. Nor do I find one in the list of available non resident licenses.

It’s becuase this is a high fence ranch. It’s not the same as you buying a license to hunt Oklahoma. $78 for 5 day license out of state, high fence.
