Well my mule deer has a unique trait we found after removing the lower jaw, upper canine teeth like an elk's whistlers. They are ancestral "remnants" it seems and pretty rare. Cool find in my book, we'll make sure they stay in the skull.

For uppers they do have some wear. We think he's the oldest of the 4 bucks taken. We'll know in early spring.

The ranch we works is across highway 34 from Laramie Peak. You can find similar bucks over there late in the season.
