Labor day I went to Washington to visit my cousin and we got the chance to go Salmon fishing out of LaPush Washington and I flew back with the fish.

Season with dried onion flake and lemon pepper, cooked on low/indirect heat with scale side down on non-oiled foil.

Packed and Frozen - I flew home with this in a Yeti two-40 as my checked baggage.

Love me some salmon food

I always salted/peppered and seared skin side down on a tab of butter and finished in the oven, skin is the best part.
