I am wanting to get off of my current lease this next year and looking to get one closer to the house. I am looking for somewhere to take my boys in order to get them out in the woods like I was raised (the right way). Looking to stay within 50 miles of Dayton area. Also would not like to spend and arm and a leg. If anybody has somewhere they would recommend let me know I sure would appreciate it.
