Year round lease with camp house, water & electricity on 1100 acres near Junction, TX in Kimble County. No kids, no pets, now bow hunting. Tons of whitetail, turkey, dove and some exotics. $2500 per person. Only one spot available. It's a real nice place. Call 512-663-3417 for more information.

The no kids is the rule of the landowner. He's afraid they'll get hurt so it's just a liability issue. Got to respect his right as we can take or leave it. Our kids are older so it's not an issue. But, I do understand it's not for everyone.

I don't mind the no kids. But I will never get on a lease that doesn't allow pets. At least not until mine is gone.
