I know this is counterintuitive for my chances, but what can I say, I'm a nice guy! laugh

Remember to apply for the Guided Bighorn Sheep drawn hunt, starting today, if you're interested.

Good luck to everyone applying. I just have one request, please wait until October 16 before applying.

It would be a dream come true to draw the Texas bighorn tag.

Most likely I will never have a chance to hunt the infamous bighorn except through the lottery. Good luck, I hope a Texas THF guy/gal gets picked.

I have to laugh at their recommendations. Climb 2000' vertical, at 6500 ft. elevation, and a 50% slope. Their guides would feel like baby sitters.

Most avid hunters here in Idaho will have a tough time, much less box blind hunters from flat land Texas. I put in myself, but know how hard it is going to be!!!
