What do y'all have made at the processors besides sausage and breakfast sausage? I've seen some make tamales and I may get some made this year. What else is there and what are your favorites?

We had snack sticks made this year and they are outstanding. Some others get jerky, dried sausage, and other items.

We make our own but salami, snack sticks, dried sausage, burger, jalapeno cheese sausage, breakfast sausage, chilli meat, steaks and roasts.

Polish, German, Italian, Jalapeno & Cheese, dried, breakfast pan, etc. sausage. Jerky and snack sticks. just depends on what freezer space we have and how much left over from previous year. I am currently well stocked with sausage, so the first deer or three will be steaks & hamburger as that's what we use most.

I've made some mean Chorizo breakfast sausage. Doesn't get any better in a fresh tortilla with eggs!

I love me some chicken fry so I always get some tenderized cutlets from the backstrap. Mix in some mashed taters and cream gravy... mmmmmm
