Planned on cooking these Sunday, but stuff got in the way, better late than never  Cooked pics later, if mo Cab  does not get in the way  Wife is about to put coarse Ground Pepper, Kosher Salt. McCormick Montreal Steak seasoning, Garlic Powder then Butter once it is charred.  Looks like the wife grilled them right.  It was good my friends

All heck yes! Think I will thaw some for the weekend now. Did you pull them yet? BTW I got those steaks at Sams at Coit & George Bush 190, they have a pretty darn good meat selection
