This Monday the 28th Snake River farms will ship me 2 wagyu briskets for my daughters college graduation BBQ were doing. They were on sale for $125 each and 13-14 pounders. If they are as good as advertised I'll be ordering 3 more for my 50th B-day this July....gonna get drunk and pig out! When you look at it for a special occasion I don't think paying $9.60 is too crazy. Let's say you were going to serve decent steaks for the party opposed to a real nice high end brisket. On sale at HEB the Prime 1 NY Strips/Ribeyes run you $9.99lb on sale. So it all depends how you are looking at it for a special occasions.

Well the briskets tuned out great. Smoked 3...2 wagyu and 1 Costco prime. In all honesty the Costco brisket is almost as good as the waygu. The waygu is not worth the extra $100 bucks.
