No its in rogers ranch past their to south west, better roads and bigger propertys and i back up to Ox ranch so have a little honey hole because im at the end of the subdivision.

Does it have easements that others travel through or direct access off county or state road?

It has an easement back to it but its at the end of the road and theirs a locked gate to get to the last 5 ranches. Its around 4 miles off the paved county road.
