I hope they catch the person (probably a kid) and make an example. I know it is difficult was wildlife officials to locate and dart the deer and wish them speed and success.

As the arrows are tipped with target points it obvious that the shooter did not intend to kill these poor does and to further compound the problem he or she is a terrible shot. Apprehend and punish the idiot!!!!!!!!!
