Plug the cord into the scope and the computer.. turn the scope on.... look through the eyepiece and you should see two options. One to 'use as power' and one to 'use as flash drive'.. push the 3rd button from the front (the one you would push for zoom), and the 'use for flash drive' should be highlighted.. then hit the 2nd button from front (menu) to select it.. It should then look like an external hard drive on your computer.

You don't have the cord plugged in fully on the scope. Are you using the charger cord that came with the scope?
With that said, if you have downloaded the video to your phone, you can transfer the video to the computer from your phone. It isn't the most efficient way, but it works.

Does the cord work with the charger? If so, then the cord is functional. If you are certain you are plugging the cord into the scope fully and properly (which can be a little difficult to do), then maybe you have an issue with the receiving plug on the scope.
Where are you located?

Okay, you are obviously using another cable to connect to the battery charger so that you can charge the battery, but typical micro USB cables won't fit into the port on the side of your scope because it is keyed (made into a certain shape) so that the micro USB can only be inserted one way.
In a pinch, what I have done is to use a sharp knife to trim away the excess plastic in order to make a typical micro USB fit into the port. It is always best to use the correct cable, but if you shave away the excess material and are careful about inserting the USB in the correct manner, it will work just fine.

You are pushing the power button correct? After it's plugged in push the power button like you are turning it on. Then look thru the scope

no it [the cable] dont work with the charger ether i think it could be the cable thats faulty going to ring thomasjacks in the morning im in england thanks for your help the cable charges the battery but it dont do any thing when plugged into the scope now thinking its the scope at fault So the cable doesn't work in the charger or the scope. Then the cable works in the charger, but not the scope. Now, the scope is faulty? Confusion abounds.

Also another tip on pulsar recorded video is make sure your computer has the ability to play AVI files. If it doesn't the videos won't show up on there. There's several applications you can download.
