I have a group of 3 that is looking for a year-round hunting lease. We all live in the Midland area and have hunted together for several years. The property owner of our previous lease is selling the ranch and does not want to lease anymore.
We would like our own ranch of about 500 acres or could join a group. We are all management minded hunters and are willing to help the landowner out with any improvements needed. We can bring our own stands/feeders/RVs
We would like to be in one of the following counties: Coke, Crockett, Irion, Tom Green, Schleicher, Sutton, Reagan or Upton
Looking for Whitetail, hogs (if any), exotics (if any), turkeys and varmints. Camp area with at least water and electricity available.
We all have wives and younger kids that we would like to bring to camp with us and hunt with us (on our tags of course).
Please let me know if you have anything available.

I know of some ranches available in Fort Stockton and Terlingua.
