try this:
instead of using the photo name as it is:
full-55961-138819-20180221_172846.jpg
rename to: 172846.jpg
there is a bug or something in the forum software that will not play well with long names and --- _ _ _ symbol's embedded in the photo name

I'll have to figure out how to do that with my android.
Well I rename and it still gives it some long string.
Can't resize with current apps.
