It is not cheap but life is to short to eat downer cows from HEB etc.......Check it out my Buddy sells his cows to them......All we eat......

I only eat HEB prime tenderloins for grilling.

Looked at the web site, looks like a very good quality of meat but over priced for what I have seen out there. Hope your buddy is getting his share of the $$ for his cows

We have a partnership with 44 farms. We run their embryos and raise their calves. I understand not everyone wants to pay premium prices but you get what you pay for and 44 beef is as good as it gets. Good enough that Aaron Franklin buys their beef for his BBQ joint. They are quality people running an honest local business.
