Had some leftover taco meat and Jalapenos that I did not stuff so I cooked them up and heated some tortillas and pigged out one more time before I go back on the Oatmeal for the next 5 days. New potatoes, fresh Jalapenos, Onions and seasoning.     Added some hot Pace Picante and good to go.  It was pretty tasty

You guys have got to have cast iron stomachs, my acid reflux would not like that. Wish I could though.

Looks great. I tried cooking the eggs in with the meat once and it didn't go well.
