Looks more like dinner to me.

Bill we eat breakfast and 1 more meal on Sunday. Usually a big one about mid afternoon. So I guess it would be called Lupper or Lunner what ever you prefer to call lunch and supper or lunch and dinner.

Kosher Salt, Garlic and onion powder, cracked black pepper and Rosemary and Thyme. I also used a little Pit Barrel Beef and game rub.

Good job. I'd tear into that like a windmill in a hurricane.

If you don't mind disclosing, what was the cooking time, temp, and method? That looks amazing!! Cooked on a Pellet Cooker. Started at 225 at 8:45 am and let it run and cranked up the last 45 minutes to 350 and finished about 1pm.
