Doing my meal prep for the week today. Grilling 11 lbs of brined chicken breast with various seasonings and steaming 8 or 9 lbs of sweet potatoes that will be mashed. Will probably have some of the chicken for lunch. Currently drinking beer and grilling the last batch. About 16 degrees and snowing hard.
Perfect weather for grilling and drinking beer.

Had this on Texas toast.

Colder than the dickens here this morning. I'm fixing up a pot of clam chowder. Lots of little round crackers makes it even better.
