Worked hard to put up an Electric fence all the way around this area and they still got in.

did you put up a single wire or double wire. I have better lick with double wire and You need to keep the grass and weeds from touching the wire

I think you need a better fence, with an electric fence nothing should get in period. I have hog panels around my feeders with two strands of barb wire on top. The wire needs to be on the outside pushing against the post. Lot's of folks don't do it that way, you might even need to add more post and not so far apart. It is a bummer to have that happen for sure.
