We've hunted on same land for 10+ years, and due to land owner's health condition he sold his land. It closed in December 2017. The buyer is a hunter and plans on hunting it himself. Can provide land owners contact info for a reference. All hunters are 40+ years old. Prefer <4 hours from DFW but will consider all.
