We may have several openings on this lease for next season. It is one of the top low fence ranches in Texas. It is a turn key lease - all feeding/labor done by ranch owner. Stands/feeders/cooler/ etc. all in place. NO OILFIELD TRAFFIC and NO CATTLE during season.

It has produced bucks on a regular basis between 160 to over 200 inches. It is not inexpensive but is very well managed. There are some guest privileges. Also has fishing, quail, etc. Only experienced hunters allowed.

tlk has posted very nice deer over the years along with some of his guidelines which I think are very reasonable. I've got 4-5 management minded in my group looking for a different lease with good budget range and would jump on this offering asap, but unfortunately I know our groups' budget range doesn't match up to what this turn key lease fee is. Great opportunity
