Had a wonderful hunt with my wife over the weekend for this awesome "management" Red Stag at a friend's ranch in Centerville. He was considered a management stag because he was weak on one side, but he had incredible mass throughout (his beams were literally as thick baseball bats).

He's a trophy to me....and will make a fine looking European mount, along with lots of good meat.

I see the reasoning behind him being a management stag but that's still an awesome stag. I really like the mass. Congrats!

Shot him with my .300 WSM using 180 gr. Winchester XP3 ammo
