Without any way to judge size looks like raccoon to me. Coyote is usually 5" - 8" long. Raccoon 1.5" - 3.5" long... unless they've been eating protein pellets.

That's what's confusing to me. Some of it has fur in it, and some is red in color. This is all within about 20-30 yards, and there is a long trail of this, and more is added every night.

Looks like coyote chit to me. Sometimes you will find areas along roads or trails where they go a lot. The hair is very common in coyote poo.

Yote is my vote. I've seen coyote scat with everything in it from hair to corn and cottonseed. They're an opportunistic sort.

Both will eat anything to survive, so what is in the scat especially this time of year isn't as sure of an indicator as size.
Raccoons are more likely to be trail poopers, scat in a line / same or very near space.
Might also be armadillo if pieces are smaller than they appear in photo, like up to 1.5". Similar to your 3rd picture, with the small poo balls.

Looks like my dogs crap when she eats something she should not have, like her toys. Seen it yellow, blue, red, green or if she ate a chew toy rope, well that came out too.

Fox, possibly coyote. It would help to have something in the picture for size reference.

Looks like coyote. Raccoons will almost always get on top of a log or a rock to offload.

have any red berry juniper, prickly pear or persimmons in your area? likely could cause the reddish color. I'd lean more to fox or coyote

Based on the color I'd say it's Care bears.
