No just joking I killed that buck 2 weeks ago but I thaught it resembled the one asking for age. We are probably miles apart.

No just joking I killed that buck 2 weeks ago but I thaught it resembled the one asking for age. We are probably miles apart. LOL  didn't even notice it was two different people that posted pictures of the deer.

My guess starts with 6.5 and gets older from there. I’m in the set up now that he has been frequenting so we will see what shakes out this evening. Jumped 8 doe on the way to the blind. 62 degrees with a tiny 3mph breeze from the south.
About 15 faaaat quail under the feeder now.

Well he never showed back up. I missed a shot at his brother this morning hunting behind a small mesquite. First buck I think I’ve ever missed a shot on.

Well every now and then I feel Lucky. I was cursing myself and texting my buddies in the stands that I screwed up and missed a shot on a mature Buck. Since I was feeling less than smart I decided to go with it and got out from behind my tree and set the feeder timer to go off again in 15 min.
Well the timer went off, deer came back in and so did the buck I’d missed 45 min earlier. He is down!
