I am picking up some additional acreage for next year and am going to add 1 hunter to my leases. We have 450 acres on old Fort McCavitt road between Fort McCavitt and Eden and we have an additional 150 acres with oat fields on the other side of Eden. I have been hunting these areas for years and they are both prime. We are only interested in an extremely serious game minded individual. These properties have been game managed for years and hunting in the counties of Menard and Concho dosen't get better for $2250.I need someone who has killed 140 class deer before and doesn't freak out on a 17 inch ten point.You can kill 1 Trophy and 1 cull buck and Does.We are very selective and have a lot of good deer.Stands are already in place and set ups are awesome.Corn is split.Electric and water are at camp.Year round lease.No hogs here.Lots of Turkeys.Beautiful country All hills and live oak with brush.Guests are permitted at certain times and hunt on your tags.
